Preliminary Observations from Glen Canyon Dam High Flow Test Discussed by USGS

In the month following a 60-hour experiment that released a large volume of water from Glen Canyon Dam, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) scientists have been in the field gathering data to answer a wide range of scientific questions.

The media are invited to participate in a conference call where USGS experts will discuss preliminary results of the high flow event. A question and answer session will follow.
