1Spatial Conference 2008 - sponsorship closing now!
3rd April 2008, Cambridge, UK. 1Spatial announces the closing date for enrolling as a sponsor of their 2008 Conference: ‘1 Source of Truth’, being held from 29th April to 1st May at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Stansted Airport, UK.
The 1Spatial Conference and Exhibition provides an excellent opportunity to place your organisation in the Spatial Data Management spotlight, and we invite any organisation interested in this rapidly growing market space to join with us and enjoy the success of an industry-wide event, but time is limited, with sponsorship closing on Friday 11th April.
The Conference attracts industry-leading organisations, geospatial users and expert practitioners from around the World, and with delegates attending from across Europe, as well as places such as Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the USA, it is set to be another truly international event. Jeff Thurston, Editor-in-Chief of V1 Magazine, said “The 1Spatial Conference brings together key individuals and companies who are at the forefront of spatial data quality issues within the industry.”
As a sponsor of the event, the 1Spatial Conference 2008 provides your organisation with a range of publicity opportunities such as a presentation slot in the speaker programme, a stand in the conference exhibition and several different prospects for branding. However, speaking opportunities and exhibition space for sponsors are now limited and will be released on a first-come first-served basis, so contact the conference team now!
Alongside the comprehensive speaker programme, the Conference will feature some hands-on educational opportunities such as the HP-sponsored ‘Usability Lab’. This lab will be running on both days and provide delegates with the opportunity to test-drive cutting edge spatial software from industry leaders like Oracle, Autodesk, Blue Marble Geographics, eSpatial and Informatica. As a sponsor, you can also use this opportunity to showcase your own software.
With a current sponsor line-up including Oracle as the Platinum Sponsor, Autodesk and Tele Atlas as Gold Sponsors, eSpatial, Informatica and Intergraph as Silver Sponsors and Blue Marble, Infotech, HP, Safe Software and TCS as Bronze Sponsors, there are only a few packages remaining. For full details of the packages available you can download the sponsorship brochure from the website at http://www.1spatial.com/conference/sponsorship.php or contact the conference team on conference@1spatial.com
Steven Ramage, key contact for the 1Spatial Community and Business Development Director at 1Spatial, said:
“The 1Spatial Conference 2008 is greatly helped by sponsors since they subsidise the cost of Conference entry making it great value for money. They also provide delegates with access to information from industry leaders who will all be present at the event. We would like to thank all our sponsors who have committed resources to making this the most successful Conference thus far.”
The 1Spatial Conference 2008 is set to deliver a comprehensive learning package for everyone working with spatial data, from expert Practitioners, through to Programmers and Chief Executive Officers. Focused discussions, presentations and workshops will help you to use your spatial data more effectively and efficiently; our comprehensive agenda will also include topics around integrating spatial data and building Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDIs).
