GTG’s GIS Manager’s Workshop Coming to Olympia, Washington

Goldsboro, N.C. – Geographic Technologies Group, Inc. (GTG) is offering their GIS Manager’s Workshop in Olympia, Washington, on Wednesday, May 7, 2008.  This workshop is ideal for GIS Managers and IT Directors.

The GIS hub of the northwest United States, Olympia is home to the Northwest Regional Office of ESRI, a business partner of GTG.

Topics covered in the workshop include Managing GIS, The Governance of GIS, The Enterprise Implementation of GIS, and The Business Case for GIS.  All topics focus on local government. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to learn how to effectively find funding for your GIS.

GTG’s owners, Curt Hinton and David Holdstock, plan on visiting over ten cities throughout the year.  Other scheduled locations include West Sacramento, California, on July 8.
