GOLDSBORO, N.C. – Geographic Technologies Group® (GTG®) was selected for multiple software contracts including:  St. Mary’s County, Maryland—purchased one (1) additional seat of LGdispatch Community Connect.  Whiteside County, Illinois—upgraded to LGdispatch Community Connect and LGmobile Community Connect from LGdispatch and LGmobile.  City of Joliet, Illinois—purchased 10 seats of LGviewer, as well as LGaddress for public administration. 

 

St. Mary’s County, Maryland has chosen GTG to develop a master address data layer, focusing on the advancement of public safety related GIS data.

 

McHenry County, Illinois chose GTG to update address points and street centerlines, as well as to improve the reliability of emergency response services.

 

Goochland County, Virginia chose GTG to provide cleanup services and to update street centerlines.

 

The City of Suffolk, Virginia chose GTG to provide technical support services, as well as creation training using GeoBlade, GTG’s ArcGIS Server-based software application.

 

GTG is pleased to welcome Joe Renzetti as Training Center Manager and Bob ­­­Verner as a Software Support Specialist.

Just one of the multitude of “blades” incorporated into the GeoBlade software suite, GTG introduces the Search & Rescue Blade.  This blade is a tool designed to aid in search and rescue missions, providing a multitude of capabilities including incident staging, location plotting, and tracking accountability.  The application can also assist in the recognition of potential environmental contamination.
