Geographic Technologies Group Offers GIS Manager’s Workshop in Missouri City, Texas
Goldsboro, N.C. – Geographic Technologies Group, Inc. (GTG) is pleased to announce that they will be holding a GIS Manager’s Workshop in Missouri City, Texas on January 22, 2008. The workshop will take place at Missouri City’s Public Safety Headquarters.
The GIS Manager’s Workshop was originally created for GTG’s grand opening in early December. The outpour of positive feedback prompted GTG’s owners Curt Hinton and David Holdstock to take the workshop on the road, further benefiting GIS professionals throughout the nation. Hinton and Holdstock plan on visiting over ten cities throughout the year.
Topics covered in the workshop include Managing GIS, The Governance of GIS, The Enterprise Implementation of GIS, and The Business Case for GIS.
