WilsonMiller Recognized for Ninth Consecutive Year
NAPLES, Fla./May 27, 2007 — The Naples Alliance for Children (NAFC) this year honored WilsonMiller as a Family Friendly Business for the ninth year in a row. WilsonMiller also received additional recognition from the group, which advocates for the rights, needs, care, safety, and education of children and families.
WilsonMiller was among 27 area employers designated Family Friendly Businesses at the NAFC’s Annual Advocacy Dinner, held at the Country Club of Naples in late March. WilsonMiller also was among only five companies receiving special recognition plaques as Family Friendly Workplace Employers of the Year. The firm received a similar special award last year.
“Our commitment to our working ‘family’ has led to this recognition,” said Director of Human Resources and Senior Associate Steve Csotty, SPHR. “We make an effort to accommodate staff for special family needs, and we highly subsidize family health insurance premiums.”
The firm’s family-related programs also include employee stock-ownership and 401k profit-sharing plans, life insurance and long-term disability coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program to provide counseling to staff members and their families.
The Family Friendly Business program is one of many Collier County programs managed by the NAFC, a nonprofit organization.
