FY 2007 Digital Humanities Fellowships
Deadline to apply: May 1, 2007
The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) has announced that funding is available for the Digital Humanities Fellowships.
The Digital Humanities Fellowships can be used to explore the relationship between technologies and the humanities or produce digital products, such as databases and advanced digital representations of extant data, using graphic displays such as those created with geographic information system (GIS) technology.
A summary of the grant opportunity and the full grant guidelines are provided at http://www.esri.com/grants/nonesri/education.html.
The Non-ESRI Sponsored Grant Program provides you guidance in the acquisition of federal grants that may have geospatial or GIS components. No grants under this program are offered by ESRI. This free service supplies you with language that you may use when submitting federal grant applications. ESRI is neither involved in filing applications for federal grants on your behalf nor the issuance of grant awards. ESRI offers this service as support to you, GIS users, but does not guarantee that any federal grant awards will be successfully obtained. While ESRI hopes successful applicants will keep ESRI in mind when purchasing software, you are under no obligation to purchase products or services from ESRI.
